Questions about your SLYSA schedule? Contact:

If there is an office error, it will be corrected. However, if an error has occurred due to incorrect or missing dates, please refer to the SLYSA “GAME RESCHEDULE POLICY” for changing a game on your team schedule at SLYSA Game Reschedule Policy.

*Reminder: There has been a change to the Game Change policy, so please read it carefully.

If you have entered scheduling notes or are a coach of multiple teams, please remember that your requests are simply requests. We cannot always guarantee 100% accuracy due to other conflicts and requests.

For rainout or cancelled games, SLYSA schedulers will reschedule the game the next business day. If you have any questions regarding a rainout, please contact Katie or Cory.

Things to do each week you have a game:

HAVE ID CARDS AND AN OFFICIAL ROSTER AT ALL GAMES – No ID Cards, NO Play!

Check your schedule weekly for changes or updates (example: locations and times):

We will use the GotSport messaging system, but we ask coaches and managers to diligently review and check for updates in case a communication is missed.

Printing a Game Card ADDING GUEST PLAYERS:

Game cards are not available for all season matches; teams can print their game cards up to 4 days in advance of the game date.

From your GOTSPORT DASHBOARD:

  1. Select TEAM MANAGEMENT.
  2. Select the team you are printing game cards for and then on the left-hand side, select MATCHES.
  3. On the right, click the ‘3 dots’ next to the game you want to print and select PRINT MATCH CARD. (Make sure you have pop-ups enabled on your computer.)
  4. Once the window pops up, select STANDARD and then click EXPORT. Your game card will pop up, and you can then print it. For some, it may email you the game card instead of exporting a document.

For detailed instructions with pictures, visit: How to Print a Match Card

The SLYSA Guest Player Form must be completed and attached to the game card. Incomplete information may render a player ineligible and could lead to a protest and potential forfeit.

Checking the Field Hotline:

The SLYSA “Rainout Line” is crucial for checking cancellations and field location changes before every game. Visit SLYSA Rainout Line to stay updated.

We recommend saving this page in your browser or signing up for alerts. It’s a good idea for someone on each team to sign up to keep everyone informed of any changes.

You have two options:

1.      Look at the opponent’s schedule and see if there is a swap.

A Game Switch exchanges your game date with another team scheduled to play against your scheduled opponent at a future date acceptable to you. For this to occur, you look at the schedule to see if there is a game between your opponent and another team on a future date acceptable to you and then you contact the other team to ask if they will switch dates with you. If both parties agree, then you notify the league scheduler, and the league scheduler will make the switch. Your original scheduled opponent will be notified of any change but does not have to be contacted to agree to the switch. This option takes a little effort on your part, but it is free. It is also most effective at the beginning of the season since you have more options from which to choose. So, if you need to change a game, try to get it done as soon as possible.

2.      Contact the team you are playing against and work out 2-3 dates and I can then see what we have open on those dates.  Feel free to reach out with your dates prior to contacting the opponent to see if there is availability.    List in the order of preference for 2-3-4 dates.

Game change fees are as follows:

first change - $175.00

second change - $200.00

third or more changes - $225.00

**Just a reminder there is a game change fee for any games from the date of league kickoff forward.  This is not the initial request date it is the date the change is finalized.

The fee is due PRIOR to the game being changed, via credit card over the phone or mailing a check.  The game is not moved until payment is received if mailing a check.
