Fall 2026 Application is OPEN!

The SLYSA Fall 2026 application is now open:

PLEASE READ:

With age-group changes for teams, please use the team account that has the most established history for the team participating in the current age group.

If teams are being combined, the club/team may decide whether to use one of the existing team accounts and its history or create a new account.

If completely new to GotSport please create an account if you do not already have one to register with your team. (New account is under your email)

If there are any questions regarding the use of team account history, please contact your club first.

*Please fill in all necessary fields for contact information.

    MUST add a coach AND manager (2 contacts) to the team account in application.

*Under the registration form tab, click each check box and enter your team’s name exactly as it was last season in the GotSport schedule so we can find it for bracketing purposes.

*To enter blackout dates (6) per team.  Click the exclude date box for the calendar to pop up.  Click the ‘add an additional date’ each time to add up to 6 blackout dates.  

*Payment – will show a 0.00 due today with the fees listed.  We will play a 9-game season across the league.  We will send a final invoice in Mid-July with total amount due. 

DO NOT MAIL PAYMENT BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE.

*Click the checkout tab to continue.

*CLICK THE BLUE REGISTER TAB TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION.  Make sure you get the confirmation on the following page in green bar ‘YOU ARE REGISTERED’ if not received you have not completed the registration process.

Just a reminder, with 1300+ teams we do our best to accommodate scheduling requests, but none are guaranteed unless it’s one of the 6 blackout dates which are due by July 17th.

This includes no guarantees for any notes put in the application for:

 club fundraisers, other teams coached, specific dates of play, or any other requests 

outside of the 6 blackout dates selected in the calendar.

Lastly, save the date for September 11th - all payments are due in full.
