SLYSA Announces Exclusive Banking Partnership with West Community Credit Union

The St. Louis Youth Soccer Association announced West Community Credit Union as their exclusive banking partner and presenting partner of SLYSA.  As part of the 3-year agreement SLYSA will become a member of West Community Credit Union through their banking relationship and the West Community Credit Union brand will have a significant digital presence and on-site signage.  As the presenting partner of SLYSA, West Community will receive brand recognition through web, social posts and email to be front and center with SLYSA members.

“SLYSA is excited to form a partnership with West Community Credit Union.  To have the opportunity to work alongside of a local community focused institution is very meaningful to us," said SLYSA Executive Director Johann Arnanson.  "We look forward to forming a lasting relationship with such a great company that truly exemplifies the meaning of doing what's right for their customers and putting service at the forefront.  This is a perfect partnership for both organizations."

West Community Credit Union began as Brentwood Mutual Credit Union in 1936 and in 1986 changed their name to West Community Credit Union. Today, West Community Credit Union is a progressive financial organization with over $461 million in assets, 32,000 members and over $397 million in loans operating ten credit union branch locations and a West Community Mortgage division.  Their sound policies and investment practices have helped keep West Community strong even in times of crisis for other financial institutions and their service offering and technological capabilities continue to grow, thereby providing members with more convenient ways to access and manage their accounts.  West Community's mission is to be their members' lifelong financial partner by truly understanding their stories and delivering smart solutions.

"We are excited to support SLYSA through this key partnership opportunity," said Jason Peach, President & CEO of West Community Credit Union.  "With both organizations being not-for-profit, we certainly share the same values in our commitment to our communities, making this a great fit.  Soccer in St. Louis has a proud history, and we are pleased to contribute to that important role that the St. Louis youth soccer program provides."
