• Date of Clinic - Aug 5 & 6
• Location - SWIC in Belleville: 2500 Carlyle Ave Belleville, IL 
• Building - enter at entrance "B" at Main Complex Building
• Times - 9 am to 5 pm for Entry level,  10 am to 4 pm for Recert each day
