Teams that are getting their ID Cards and Roster from the SLYSA Office.
Your roster is now open. You are able to go into your team Gotsoccer Account and click on your roster. You can now add players and delete players. For new teams, please add your players into this roster. For all new players we will need copies of State Birth Certificates. Coaches, your background check is good for two years. You can call the SLYSA office to make sure you are still approved. For new coaches please call the SLYSA Office to set up your coaches account. All players will need notarized medical release forms. If you have these from last year and their insurance has not changed they do not expire. We do not collect these, you will need them for your records. Please call the office if you are an Illinois team or have Illinois players on your roster.
It is mandatory this year that each player must have their address, phone number and email address entered in.
After this is finished for all teams, EXCEPT for KOLPING KICKS teams, please click here. You will need your team username and password. This link will get your teams into our registration database so we can then print your cards and roster.
Kolping Kicks teams will have their own separate link, this is not set up yet. You can still update your rosters.
