Registration for services on the SLYSA website is free. Many, not all, of the provided services are also free. However, you must read and agree to the following terms, conditions and policies including any future amendments. 1. Services provided – SLYSA provides several services including newsletters, mailing lists, video gallery, coaching lessons, message forum, web services and the like.  You understand that these services are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. SLYSA reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any services with or without notice at any time and without liability to you. SLYSA also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.
2. Content – You are solely responsible for all activities under your username and any content you provide. You warrant that you will not post any messages or content which violate any laws or common courtesy. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree you will not:
   1. defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
   2. Post any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene or unlawful content;
   3. Download any file or content posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such a manner;
   4. Impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions;
   5. Submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by SLYSA;
   6. Create user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses;
   7. Transmit any viruses, worms, defect, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
3. Proper Use – You agree you are responsible for all content you provide. You agree that the SLYSA administrators and operates have the right to remove, edit, move or close any content at any time for any reason.
4. Termination/Suspension – SLYSA may , in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate any service, terminate this agreement, or suspend or terminate your account.
5. Indemnification – You agree to hold harmless and indemnify SLYSA, and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from and against any third-party claim arising from or in any way related to you use of the services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages, (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature.
