Dear Club Directors and Coaches,
As we begin the 2013 SLYSA fall season your Board of Directors wants to share with you important information and updates.
First, we must honor and thank our 25 year faithful employee Marty Hearne. Marty’s dedicated love and professionalism during her association with SLYSA is well documented. We also thank her for her insight and instruction in sharing her vast institutional knowledge this Summer/Fall as she trained new scheduler Katie Dennis in that vital and important role. Marty played a major role in creation of the league. We wish her all the very best in her retirement.
We would like to thank and welcome Ms. Amy Williamson, CPA, our in-house accounting professional. This position is a new SLYSA in-house resource. This capability ensures quality financial oversight, trained forecasting capability and overall enhance financial controls.
Rounding out our SLYSA staff are Jen Schmitt and Suzie Stremlau Office and Administrative Support, Eric Lewis Complex Facilities Operations Manager, Danielle Voss Complex Food and Beverage Director. These professionals have been working very hard to make sure that the 2013 season is a success.
Along with these vital co-workers, other outstanding support contractors are Tru-Turf Solutions, former Missouri Athletic Club manager Larry Thompson Consultant, EMSRA (Eastern Missouri Soccer Referee Association) Shane Butler and Ron Jones.
