2014 World Cup St. Louis

The St. Louis Lions will be hosting a 4 v 4, World Cup Style tournament on July 5, 2014! This will be a one day tournament and is designed to be a fun way for our future World Cup Stars to participate in a worldwide competition of their own!

Each team will be guaranteed 3 matches. Matches will be 24 minutes long. There will be a maximum of 6 players per team.  No goalies! (Goalies are allowed of course…but they will have to use their feet!)

Winners will be announced at halftime of the St. Louis Lions game to follow at 5:00PM.

All participants will receive free entry to the Lions game.

Upon registration, teams get to choose the country that they would like to represent! Teams may choose to wear their countries colors for the tournament!

Cost per team is $120.

The deadline to register is June 28, 2014.

About the St. Louis Lions – The St. Louis Lions, the USL PDL team of St. Louis, would like to invite you to join us for our 9th and best season yet! Founded in 2006, The St Louis Lions provide an opportunity for top level, soccer players to be exposed to professional scouts throughout the United States and Internationally.

The team plays in the USL Premier Development League (PDL), the top developmental men’s league in North America.
